I've been working on a little personal comic lately and I posted some photos of it at my art blog if anyone would like to see it. [link] I'm planning on it being about 5 pages and it results in Ramla and Saturday (my and my friend's Scion characters) meeting for the first time. We haven't gotten to play the game yet but I'm using the scenario to practice doing comics, and I must say its' working very well so far. I get this wonderful warm feeling in my chest when I hold up the completed page, and even when I'm still working on it. It's the feeling I had doing comics back at SCAD and I'm glad the feeling is back. I also have a book that I archive all the "Or Maybe Not" comics in and its' almost full. Its' nice to be able to see and hold all the physical work I've done. In this Ramla comic I'm also working on detailing clothing and doing perspective environments (both of which I really enjoy doing, tho I still need some work on the perspective). I find keeping the environments simple helps (as in I don't have to draw EVERY brick on EVERY wall, etc.)
I'm gong to have to see if anyone in town has scanning services because it's too big for my scanner, otherwise I'll have to wait till I get to school to use one of the lovely huge Epson scanners in the computer lab If I can get in there when it's not full of students.

My online class is going okay. I had to read a few stories this week but they ended up being reeeally short which helped a lot. By tomorrow I should be done with this week's work load. I also found out I need to drop my Digital Drawing class at VCU due to a schedule conflict but I'm having a little trouble finding a class to replace it. I'll do some more looking into it tomorrow. I'm actually pretty excited to move back to Richmond and even to start classes. I miss my friends there (most of which are my house mates too ) so it'll be cool to see them all and go to SOCA again. I almost miss drawing naked people... Almost anything can be fun if you've got friends with you!
